By accessing and using Raha Tools ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our website immediately.
2. Description of Service
Raha Tools provides free, web-based applications including but not limited to our Online PDF Editor. These tools execute entirely within your web browser. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, legacy operating systems, or outdated web browsers.
3. Permitted Use
You may use our free tools for both personal and commercial purposes. However, you may not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or steal the intellectual property of the underlying code executing the edits.
- Automate the usage of our site through bots, scrapers, or abusive scripts that heavily burden the edge servers serving the application.
- Use the Service to generate, edit, or distribute illegal, illicit, or harmful content.
4. User Privacy and Files
As outlined in our Privacy Policy, Raha Tools operates strictly on the client side. We are entirely unresponsible for the content you edit, nor do we possess the mechanical capability to retrieve lost edits if your browser crashes during a session. Always save your work frequently.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Raha Tools makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the continuous availability of the platform or the exact formatting fidelity of edited documents. In no event shall Raha Tools, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
6. modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to continually modify or temporarily discontinue certain tools as we optimize performance and add premium features. We will attempt to provide prior notice for major architectural changes.
