Frequently asked questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — the core tools are free to use with no account, with a daily task limit and a 50 MB file cap. Pro removes the limits and adds Pro-only tools.
How do I cancel, upgrade, or update my billing?
Your subscription is completely self-managed. Just go to your Account page and click Manage billing to access your secure portal. From there, you can cancel in one click, update your credit card, change your plan, or download invoices. If you cancel, you keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, no questions asked.
How do Team plans work?
The owner picks the number of seats, pays, and receives a license key. After activating the key on their Account page, the team is created automatically and a "Manage your team" panel appears. From there the owner types a teammate's Gmail and clicks Add member. Each teammate simply signs in at rahatools.com with that Gmail — they're Pro instantly, no key to paste. The owner can add or remove members anytime; billing stays on one invoice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, processed securely by our payment partner, who also handles local taxes/VAT automatically. Prices are in USD.
Are my files private?
Yes. PDF editing is processed entirely in your browser; tools that need conversion use a secure, encrypted connection. That applies on every plan.
