These three problems look unrelated but come from the same root issue: a PDF stores text as instructions (draw this glyph, in this color, at this exact coordinate), not as a flowing document. When something upstream of you generates those instructions incorrectly, the text renders wrong even though nothing is actually "broken" in a way a normal file-repair tool could detect.
PDFs can specify text color in several color spaces (RGB, CMYK, grayscale) and layer it against a background fill. White-on-white text usually happens when a template's background fill and text color were set independently and something changed one but not the other — common in invoice/form templates and documents exported from web pages. It's not corrupted; the color value is just wrong. Select the text in the editor and set an explicit color to fix it — no need to find and edit a background layer.
If a PDF's font isn't embedded (see our font-embedding explainer for the full mechanics), editing that text in most tools forces a fallback font — which has different character widths, so paragraphs reflow, kerning changes, and bold/italic variants may not map correctly. Text position in a PDF is usually set as absolute coordinates per line, not "flowing" layout like a word processor. Tools that patch text by pasting a white box over the old content and writing new text on top routinely get the baseline, letter-spacing, or line height slightly wrong, since they're not using the document's original coordinate system. Raha Tools edits the existing text object in place rather than overlaying a patch, which is why alignment holds after a fix.
