Common questions
- Where are my notes stored? Only on your phone. Use Settings, Back up now to keep a copy in a folder you choose.
- Moving to a new phone? Make a backup file, copy it to the new phone, then use Settings, Restore from backup. A cable or Wi-Fi phone-to-phone transfer also brings your notes across.
- Reminders are late? Open Settings, Reminders, and allow RahaNote to run in the background. Some phones pause apps to save battery.
- Cancel a subscription? Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, RahaNote, Cancel.
- Delete all my data? Uninstall RahaNote, or clear its storage in Android settings. Nothing is kept anywhere else.
