RahaNote Terms of Use
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms apply when you download or use RahaNote, a notes, tasks and calendar app for Android. By using the app you agree to them. If you have a question, write to raha360store@gmail.com.
Using RahaNote
You may use RahaNote for personal or work purposes. You are responsible for what you write and store in it, and for keeping your phone, app PIN, vault PIN and recovery codes safe. Please do not use RahaNote to break the law or to harm others.
Your content
Everything you create in RahaNote belongs to you. It is stored on your phone, and we do not receive, read or own it. Because only you hold your data, please make regular backups with Settings, Back up now. We cannot recover notes, vault items or PINs that are lost with a phone or forgotten.
Free trial and Premium
New users can use every feature free for 60 days. After that, reading, searching, exporting and deleting your notes stay free forever, and creating or editing needs a RahaNote Premium subscription.
- Premium is sold through Google Play as a yearly or monthly subscription, at the price shown before you buy.
- Google Play may also offer a free trial or an introductory price. Its length and the price you pay afterwards are shown before you confirm.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the Google Play Store, under Payments and subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play under Google Play's terms and refund policies.
Changes to the app
We may update RahaNote to add, change or remove features, or to fix problems. We will not remove your ability to read, export or delete your own notes.
No warranty
RahaNote is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or that reminders will never be delayed, for example by your phone's battery settings. Do not rely on RahaNote alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause serious harm.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, arising from the use of RahaNote. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using RahaNote at any time by uninstalling it, which deletes the data it stored on your phone. Remember to cancel any subscription in Google Play, because uninstalling does not cancel it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, we will update the date at the top and publish the new version at the same address. Continuing to use RahaNote after a change means you accept the updated terms.
